01 What the service does
Feeds by Nebas (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Frederik Nebas, Seestrasse 1, 87448 Waltenhofen, Germany — see the Imprint.
The Service connects your Instagram professional account once, stores the resulting access token securely, refreshes it automatically, and serves your own recent public posts as cached data to the websites you nominate. That is the whole of it. These terms govern your use of the Service.
02 Who may use it
The Service is invitation only. There is no public sign-up. You may use it if you have received a connect link from us and you:
- hold an Instagram Business or Creator account (personal accounts are not supported);
- are the account owner, or are authorised by the owner to grant access on their behalf; and
- are acting in a business or professional capacity.
You are responsible for having the right to display the posts in question, including any rights held by people who appear in them.
03 Connecting your account
Your connect link is single-use and expires. Treat it as confidential. Anyone who opens it could connect an Instagram account into your slot on the Service. If a link reaches the wrong person, tell us and we will issue a new one.
Access keys we issue for your feed are likewise yours to protect. A secret key must stay on your server and must never appear in a web page, a public repository, or a mobile app. Tell us promptly if a key is exposed, and we will revoke and replace it.
04 What we will and will not do
Access is granted through Instagram’s own authorisation flow, limited to read-only access to your profile and your own media.
We will never post, comment, like, or send messages as you; read your direct messages; access anything private; sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers; or use your posts for any purpose other than displaying them on the websites you nominate.

05 Availability & accuracy
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and there is no guaranteed response or repair time.
Your feed is cached and refreshed periodically, so what appears on your website may lag behind Instagram by a short period. If Instagram is unavailable, we deliberately keep serving the last feed we successfully retrieved rather than showing your visitors nothing. This means a displayed feed can, in an outage, be older than it looks.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice by email.
06 Instagram & Meta
Feeds by Nebas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Service depends on Instagram’s platform. Your own use of Instagram is governed by Meta’s terms and policies, not ours. Meta may change, restrict, or withdraw the interfaces the Service relies on, and may revoke access at any time. If that happens, the Service may stop working in whole or in part through no fault of ours, and we cannot be held liable for it.
You can revoke our access yourself at any time from your Instagram settings, under Apps and websites.
07 Ending the service
You may stop using the Service at any time, with no notice period and no fee. Revoking access in Instagram, or asking us to disconnect, both end it — see Data Deletion, which also explains how to have everything we hold erased.
We may end your access with reasonable notice, or immediately if the Service is being used unlawfully, in breach of Meta’s platform policies, or in a way that threatens the security of the Service or other users. On termination we delete your stored token and cached feed.
08 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory by law.
For simple negligence we are liable only where an obligation essential to the purpose of the agreement has been breached, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of agreement.
Any further liability is excluded. In particular, we are not liable for loss or corruption of content held on Instagram, for interruptions caused by Instagram or Meta, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost custom.
The Service displays content that you supply through your own Instagram account. You remain responsible for that content and for its lawfulness on your own website.
09 Governing law & changes
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is our registered seat. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with a fresh date and, where the change is material, notify connected account holders by email. If you do not accept a change, you may end your use of the Service as described above.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remainder stays in force.
